Revelation 14:6-7 (Amplified Bible)
Then I saw another angel flying in midair, with an eternal Gospel (good news) to tell to the inhabitants of the earth, to every race and tribe and language and people.
And he cried with a mighty voice, Revere God and give Him glory (honor and praise in worship), for the hour of His judgment has arrived. Fall down before Him; pay Him homage and adoration and worship Him Who created heaven and earth, the sea and the springs (fountains) of water.

Ano  ang  isa sa  mga  paraan  ng pagbibigay kaluwalhatian  sa Dios?
(What is the way in glorifying God?)

1 Corinthians 10:31 (Amplified Bible)
So then, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you may do, do all for the honor and glory of God.

Ano  ang  payo  ng Bibliya  patungkol sa  kalusugan  ng ating  katawan?
(What advice from the Bible that reference the health of our body?)

3 John 1:2 (Amplified Bible)
Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in every way and [that your body] may keep well, even as [I know] your soul keeps well and prospers.

Ano  ang  orihinal  na ipinapakain  ng  Dios sa  mga  tao?
(What's the original food given by God for us?)

Genesis 1:29 (Amplified Bible)
And God said, See, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the land and every tree with seed in its fruit; you shall have them for food.

Nang  magkasala  ang tao , ano  ang  idinagdag ng  Dios  sa  mga ipinapakain?
(When man sinned, what is added to the food given by God?)

Genesis 3:18 (Amplified Bible)
Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth for you, and you shall eat the plants of the field.

Beacause of these foods, people lived longer.

So Methuselah lived 969 years, and he died.

Ano  ang  dalawang  uri ng  hayop  na pinapasok  sa  arka?
(What are the two types of animals that entered into the ark?)

Genesis 7:2 (Amplified Bible)
Of every clean beast you shall receive and take with you seven pairs, the male and his mate, and of beasts that are not clean a pair of each kind, the male and his mate,

Paano  nalaman  ni  Noah kung  alin  ang  malinis na  hayop  sa  maruming hayop?
(How did Noah knows which ones are clean and filthy animals?)

FROM THE LAND

Deuteronomy 14:6 (Amplified Bible)
And every beast that parts the hoof and has it divided into two and brings up and chews the cud among the beasts you may eat.

Clean Animals:
1. Cows
2. Sheep
3. Deer
4. Goat

Unclean Animals:
1. Camel
2. Rabbit
3. Pig
4. Hare

Deuteronomy 14:8 (Amplified Bible)
And the swine, because it parts the hoof but does not chew the cud; it is unclean to you. You shall not eat of their flesh or touch their dead bodies.

Pork- Scientific Evidences

1. Ang karneng Baboy ay puno ng mga taba at kolesterol.
2. Ang cancer sa balat, sa mga bato, sa lymphatic system at sa iba pang mga bahaging panloob ng baboy ay karaniwan.
3. Ang mga produkto ng karneng baboy ay kadalasang pinananatiling sariwa sa pamamagitan ng paggamit ng "nitrates" na kilalang nagdudulot ng mga elementong nakaka-cancer.
4. Ang karneng baboy ay nagdudulot ng maraming mga suliranin sa pantunaw at tiyan.
(1. Pork is a meat full of fat and cholesterol.
2. The cancer of the skin, kidneys, the lymphatic system and other internal parts of the pig are common.
3. The pork products are typically kept fresh by using the "nitrates" that bring prominent cancer elements.
4. Pork provides many problems with digestion and stomach.)

FROM THE SEA

Leviticus 11:9-10 (Amplified Bible)
These you may eat of all that are in the waters: whatever has fins and scales in the waters, in the seas, and in the rivers, these you may eat;
But all that have not fins and scales in the seas and in the rivers, of all the creeping things in the waters, and of all the living creatures which are in the waters, they are [to be considered] an abomination and abhorrence to you.

3. MALAKING LAWIN (HAWK)

Ano  ang  klase  ng inumin  ang  hindi pinapainom sa  atin  ng  Dios?
(What kind of drinks that God wants us not to take?)

Proverbs 20:1 (Amplified Bible)
WINE IS a mocker, strong drink a riotous brawler; and whoever errs or reels because of it is not wise.

ALCOHOL IS DECEITFUL
-ADDICTIVE
-DAMAGEs BRAIN CELLS
-AFFECTS THE ABILITY OF GOOD CRITICAL THINKING

Proverbs 23:31-33 (Amplified Bible)
Do not look at wine when it is red, when it sparkles in the wineglass, when it goes down smoothly.
At the last it bites like a serpent and stings like an adder.
[Under the influence of wine] your eyes will behold strange things [and loose women] and your mind will utter things turned the wrong way [untrue, incorrect, and petulant].

Bakit  natin  kailangang pangalagaan  ang ating  mga  katawan?
(Why do we need to protect our bodies?)

1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (Amplified Bible)
Do you not know that your body is the temple (the very sanctuary) of the Holy Spirit Who lives within you, Whom you have received [as a Gift] from God? You are not your own,
You were bought with a price [purchased with a preciousness and paid for, made His own]. So then, honor God and bring glory to Him in your body.

Anong  pagpapala  ang ating  tatanggapin  kung ating  susundin  ang utos  ng  Dios?
(What blessings will we receive if we follow the commandments of God?)

Exodus 15:26 (Amplified Bible)
Saying, If you will diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord your God and will do what is right in His sight, and will listen to and obey His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases upon you which I brought upon the Egyptians, for I am the Lord Who heals you.

Ang  PROPESIYA  ay nagsasaad  na  luwalhatiin natin  ang  Dios  sa pamamagitan  ng pangangalaga  ng  ating mga  katawan.
(The PROPHECY states that we glorify God by taking care of our bodies.)
